Forty Students. Four nationalities. One City.

Four different countries in Europe contribute to this project: Hungary, Turkey, Latvia and The Netherlands, led by some teachers.

Each year, ten students from every country round the age of 15 to 18, will all assemble in one country for the activities of the exchange program. The country of the convention alters every year between the participating nations. For one whole week, the forty students will contribute in the exchange program doing various activities and learning about each others cultures in the proces.

This year all the students will be coming to Amsterdam. Ten students from St Ignatiusgymnasium International Study group (all students of 'het St. Ignatiusgymnasium') will be making a lot of preparations for the visit of the other thirty students.  The theme of the exchange program this year state 'migration'. The activities will be based on this topic, and it is meant for the students to have more awareness and knowledge on migration at the end of the project.

The students will have a busy schedule doing many things every day. Of course freetime is also spared for the youngsters in which the guests will be experiencing the life of the 'Amsterdammers' (people from Amsterdam).

This project will take place from the 20th till the 27th of May.

This blog will be an updated digital diary of all the things the students will be experiencing. Expect a lot of pictures, reviews of the days and activities, stories, additional information on the exchange and more!

We will keep you posted.

Greetings,
the ETs on the move!
